It all began at Ballard High School

I had the privilege of going to a high school that had an incredible photography program. I was able to learn how to manually use a camera right off the bat and learned the vital fundamentals of photography throughout the years. After graduating in 2014, I knew it was something I wanted to continue doing. Luckily I had a sister who loved (and still loves) letting me use her as a guinea pig for shoots, which helped continually develop my skills. Seven years later, I am now a full-time portrait photographer and I credit my photography teacher, Gina O’Neill at Ballard High School, for playing such a huge role in where I am today!

My purpose is to capture you just as you are

My goal is to create images that show connection and happiness. I consider myself to be a lifestyle photographer, meaning we’ll focus much more on capturing moments versus saying cheese at the camera (don’t worry, we’ll still get those ones too). What I love most about photography is that ten, twenty, thirty years down the line, you will be able to look back on these photos and remember this specific moment in time.
